Summer Beer Pairing Dinner @ Rustic Canyon


For those of you that have been waiting patiently for my next beer dinner, it is finally upon us. We're doing it at Rustic Canyon again! I am featuring some great artisanal summer beers to be paired with new executive chef Evan Funke and pastry chef Zoe Nathan's mouth watering special menu.

Look forward to a Nectarine Burrata and Fresh Basil Salad paired with Telegraph White Ale, Spiny Local Lobsters with a salad of Weiser Farms heirloom melons, paired with local favorite Craftsman's Orange Grove Ale, and an Apricot Crostata which Zoe will serve with an Aventinus Dopplebock ice cream.

The beer dinner is 5 courses and $68 per person including beer.
It has booked up quickly in the past, so make your reservations soon if you are planning on attending.

We'll be doing two seatings (early & late.)
